Summer Roadtrip Across the BEAUTIFUL USA :)

Well hello!! It has been awhile! I have been traveling across the country for the past month and let me tell you, it has been AMAZING! I was constantly amazed at how beautiful the country is that we live in! My fiance and I had the opportunity to drive from TN to Washington state (his hometown) and we did it!! The trip was blessed the entire time! We had no idea where we were going to stay each night but always ended up in the coolest places! We tent camped and stayed in a lot of cabins in State Parks along with a lodge in Montana with a natural hot spring! So fun!! In my opinion, camping in state parks is the only way to do it! Here are just a few pictures from our trip! (I took a TON of pictures but I won't make you all look at all of them ) Ok so I ended up putting up more than I had planned... there are just so many to choose from!! (and these are just from the drive out to Washington!!) I might need to post again about the trip back because Utah and Colorado were probably my favorite!! Absolutely beautiful!! It would be a shame if you didn't get to see them :)
The day before we left my fiance, Keesy, signed his first songwriting publishing deal here in Nashville!! Pretty exciting day and a great way to start off our trip!! So proud of him :)
 And we are off!!!
 Yes it is!
I'm telling ya'll... the entire trip was blessed. God knew what he was doing when he planned this trip for us!
 Heading west on 90!

Mt. Rushmore was really neat! The town where it is located is really fun too! We camped at the bottom of the Black Hills Mountain and I saw my first buffalo!!
 Sturgis!

 Montana and the Yellowstone River!
 Montana

 Washington :)

We made a plate at a pottery place to represent all of the places we drove through on our trip. We did leave off Kansas though by accident!
We went on a bike ride down the Hiawatha trail in Idaho/Montana. It is a 15 mile bike ride through the mountains and through tunnels.. Super cool!! Luckily it was all downhill and they bring you back up to the top :)
We got to ride three wheelers at Keesy's grandparent ranch in Washington!
Mt. Adams!

I am going to have plenty to share with my upcoming students about what I did over the summer!! Did you get to do anything fun this summer? It is hard to believe there are only 2 weeks of summer left for me! I head up to Pennsylvania tomorrow to spend some time with my family! I am especially excited to see my nieces! They are so sweet!
